Balboa Natural Area

A picture is worth a thousand words.  The NAP spent 3.4 million dollars to procure and create this “gem” in their NAP plan for San Francisco.  The public is limited to walking along the walkways provided.  If this is your idea of a park, you should support the NAP proposal.  If not, you can see the collision of philosophies this NAP creates.  Let your city officials know how you feel.
